Intermountain Healthcare - 2022

  • Partnered with GRAIL to launch a newly covered benefit, Galleri multi-cancer testing. Learn more at Galleri.com/Intermountain.

  • Partnered with colleagues to launch additional higher-ed. learning options for Intermountain's Path to Education, Advancement, and Knowledge (PEAK), a new education and career support program for employees. Learn more at intermountain.instride.com.

  • Ongoing management of rebranding for more than 100 benefits & retirement pages on the Intermountain intranet platform (Microsoft SharePoint).

  • Planned and hosted seven (so far) live info-sessions focused on helping employees increase their money management and budgeting skills.

  • Second year serving on the Intermountain Caregiver Financial Wellness Committee.​

2022

Intermountain Healthcare - 2021

  • Further refined and streamlined Open Enrollment communications planning by enlisting marketing leaders enterprise-wide in sharing messaging. Led internal communications planning, including creating and maintaining a seven-page tactics and strategy document, and enlisting relevant stakeholders from within Intermountain, as well as WTW, Intermountain's benefits and retirement consultative partner.

  • Partnered with colleagues to help launch virtual primary care through Intermountain's ConnectCare virtual healthcare platform to an internal audience.

​​

  • Launched a and led communications strategy for a new and improved online pension management tool for current and former employees.​

​

  • As part of the Intermountain Healthcare Financial Wellness Committee,  vetted and developed a program to award first-time homebuyer down payment assistance grants of $8,000 to forty-four employees who belong to traditionally disadvantaged groups.

  • Re-launched new and improved twice-quarterly all-company email newsletter, introducing scalability, data analytics, and more modern visuals and functionality.

  • COVID-19 crisis communications, including an immediate pivot from in-person to virtual events.
